Chicken Manchurian


Ingredients :
  • Boneless Chicken -               1 kg  
  • Ginger Garlic paste -             2 tbsp 
  • Chilli powder -                        1 tsp 
  • Tomato ketchup -                   2 tbsp 
  • Maida and cornflour -            1:1 (to coat the chicken) 
  • Salt                                          to taste
  • Soyasauce -                           2 tsp 
  • Egg -                                      1 no
  • Orange food colour (optional) 
  • Oil                                           30 ml 
  • Few curry leaves 
Method :

  • Marinate chicken with above ingredients except oil for 1 hour     (minimum 30 minutes). 
  • Then deep-fry the marinated chicken one by one. 
  • After frying all chicken pieces, fry curry leaves in the same oil and garnish fried manchurian before serving.
