Chicken Tikka


Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless             500 gms
Curd                                125 gms
Malt Vinegar                    15 ml
Garam Masala Powder     10 gms
Rosted cumin powder       10 gms
Ginger Garlic paste           50 gms
Kashmiri Chilli Paste         25 gms
Mustard Oil                      25 ml
Ghee                                1 tbsp

Serves : 6                    

Cooking Time : 24 minutes

Method :
  • Cut Chicken into large cubes.
  • Blend all the ingredients together (except Ghee) along with the chicken pieces.  Check for seasoning.  Refrigerate for 6 hours.
  • Take marinated chicken in a microwave oven safe bowl and cook in microwave mode for 10 minutes.  Turn the pieces after 5 minutes while brushing with a bit of ghee.  Drain off the excess water.  
  • Preheat over at 180 degree on convection mode.  
  • Place the chicken a grill rack. Cook in convection mode for 15 minutes and brush with a little ghee.  
  • Serve hot, garnished with onion rings, mint and lime slices.
