Chicken with Cashew Nuts
Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken 400 gms
Medium sized Onion 1 no
(cut into square small pieces)
Spring Onion 2 nos
Cashew Nut (Roasted) 10-12 nos
Whole drilled chillies 4 nos.
Mushroom (fresh cut into square) 200 gms
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Chilli Oil 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl and quote the chicken with corn flour and add water.
- Take a pan and put 1 cup oil. Heat oil to medium heat and fry the chicken until the colour changes.
- Take out the fried chicken out on an oil absorbent paper.
- In a fry pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add onions and cook till the onions become transparent.
- Now add mushrooms, Oyster sauce, sesame oil and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add chickens, spring onions, cashew nut and toss for another 2 minutes.
- At the end mix dried chillies.
- Serve it with boiled rice.
