Dalia Recipe , Vegetable Risotto
Ingredients :

- Garlic Cloves (Lehsun) 2 nos
- Whole red chilles 2 nos
- Broken wheat (Bulgur wheat/dalia) washed and drained 1/2 cup
- Oliver Oil or Oil 1 tsp
- Finely chopped onions 1 cup
- Sliced Mushroom (Khumbh) 1/2 cup
- Zucchini cubes (optional) 1/2 cup
- Green peas 1/2 cup
- Carrot Cubes 1/4 cup
- Red and green capsicum cubes 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Low fat milk 1/2 cup
- Grated cheese 1 tsp
- Mixed dried herbs 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
- Grated mozzarella cheese 2 tsp
- Combine the oil and onions in a microwave safe bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add all the vegetables and the prepared chilli-garlic paste and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Add the broken wheat, salt and 1/4 cup of water, mix well and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Add the milk, cheese, dried herbs and chilli flakes, mix well and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately garnished with mozzarella cheese.
