Chicken Broccoli
Chicken Broccoli is excellent recipe. Everyone will loved it. It tasted exactly like they make it at Chinese restaurants, even better. I will recommend this recipe to everyone, and all the ingredients were very affordable.
Ingredients :
1 Kg boneless chicken (breast cut up)
3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cheese
1 Kg boneless chicken (breast cut up)
3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cheese
Method :
Melt butter in Frying Pan.
Add chicken and cook until browned by stirring often.
Add Broccoli, Cream of Chicken Soup and milk.
Cover and simmer for 5 min. or until done.
Sprinkle with cheese.
