Chicken Kathi Kabab

Ingredients :
  • Chicken Sausages                          8 nos.
  • Onion Large                                   1 no.
  • Tomatoes                                       2 nos.
  • Oil                                                 2 tsp.
  • Turmeric Powder                           1/2 tsp.
  • Capsicum                                       2 nos.
  • Jeera Powder                                 1/4 tsp.
  • Salt & Crushed Pepper                   to taste
  • 6" wooden bamboo skewers           8 nos.   
Serves : 4
Cooking Time : 4 minutes

Method  :
  • Wash the tomatoes & capsicum, de-seed and cut into cubes of 1.5 inch.
  • Cut Onion into similar sized cubes.
  • Defrost the chicken sausages and cut into two.
  • In a small bowl, mix the oil with the seasoning and the powder masalas.
  • Apply the mixture to the vegetables & chicken sausages.
  • On the wooden skewers, alternately place the ingredients-onion, capsicum, tomato & chicken sausages in two series.
  • Place the skewers on a flat dish and microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
  • Turn over and microwave for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve hot with barbecue sauce and lime slice.
